How to Trim Your Dogs Nails

I have quite a few people that ask me how to trim dogs nails. Many people are afraid of hurting their dogs or how their dog may react. Dark nails that make it difficult to see where the quick starts can also make it scary. These are all easily overcome!

We do nail trimming with our dogs laying on their side. This way they get a belly rub from one person while the other person is cutting their nails, and we keep it a positive experience!
